Usually, our check-out time is 1200hrs (noon). However, we can offer late check out until 1400 hrs. Please provide us with confirmation of your room reservation so we can make arrangements.

Cancellation/Amendment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the arrival date. All bookings require a credit card guarantee to confirm the reservation.

Our hotel rooms and indoor facilities are entirely non-smoking. However, our guests may smoke at designated smoking areas.

Early check-in may be available from 0800hrs for a supplemental charge of THB2,000 net. Late check-out between 1200 and 1800hrs may be available at a charge of THB2,000 net or up to 2100hrs at a charge of THB3,000 net.

3 persons with an addiitonal charge Baht 1,600 net for an extra bed and daily breakfast unless the third person is less than 12 years old.

We do not have connecting rooms. If a connecting room is required we would recommend that you book the 2 Bedroom Suite.

Accommodation and breakfast are free for 1 child under 6 years sharing their parents' room. Accommodation is free for children aged from 6 to 11 sharing their parents’ room, with a 50% discount on breakfast.

You can use our hotel shuttle boat to go to the main pier and from there connect to the BTS Skytrain station; go to the National Stadium Station (last station) where there is a skywalk connected directly to the MBK shopping mall.

The price of the buffet breakfast at the River Barge Restaurant is THB650 for adults or THB325 for children aged 6-11 years old.

Our complimentary shuttle boat service operates during 0600-2340hrs from the hotel to Sathorn Pier. The first return service departs at 0605hrs and the last return service departs from Sathon Pier at 2345hrs. You can contact the hotel (through the hotel website) to ask for the shuttle boat service schedule.

Our complimentary shuttle boat service operates from 0600-2350hrs daily between the hotel and Sathon Pier, where you can take public boat transportation to visit many places or transfer to the BTS Skytrain Taksin Bridge Station. Please see the schedule as follows: From 0600-0900hrs the shuttle boat leaves our hotel every 15 minutes; from 0900-1400hrs it leaves every 30 minutes; from 1400-1600hrs it leaves every 15 minutes; and from 1600-2340hrs it leaves every 20 minutes. Our complimentary shuttle boat service starts daily at 0600hrs with the first departure from the hotel. The last departure is 2340hrs. Return departures from the Sathon Pier operate from 0605hrs to 2345hrs. Departures are every 15, 20 or 30 minutes depending on the period of the day. From the Sathon Pier you can connect to the BTS Skytrain Taksin Bridge Station, or take a public express boat (for a low fee) from the pier to visit sights along the river such as the Grand Palace, the Temple of Dawn, etc. Another option is to take a meter taxi to visit places in town. The Concierge service can offer advice on the best means of transportation.

The last shuttle boat departure from the hotel is at 2340hrs. The last return trip departs the Sathon Pier at 2345hrs.

A CB Bank Authorized Exchange Counter is available in the hotel main lobby. Hotel guests may exchange major foreign currencies such as the US dollar, Euro, Singapore dollar and Japanese Yen into the local currency.

Our Fitness Center is fully equipped for a full and thorough workout including everything from cardio to weightlifting. The hours of operation are 0600-2200hrs.

There is no ATM in the hotel but there are machines available next to the 7-Eleven on the hotel entrance road.

No, we do not have an in-house doctor. A doctor can be requested from the nearest hospital and a visit arranged within 15-20 minutes. The local Baan Mai Medical Clinic is open daily 8:00-22:00 for minor complaints.

Transfer to or from the airport by a hotel limousine (BMW) costs THB2,400 net one way. By hotel van the price is THB2,400 net one way.

From either Suvarnabhumi airport or Don Muang airport, using the expressway it usually takes about 45 minutes or 50 minutes to reach the hotel by car or taxi. However, this depends on the traffic, which usually peaks between 0700-0830hrs and 1700-1930hrs. If you require further assistance, please feel free to contact the hotel directly.

Via hotel limousine the price is THB 2,400 net one way in a BMW car. The journey takes about 45-50 minutes depending on the traffic.
A meter taxi between the airport and our hotel costs roughly THB400-500, including a THB50 airport surcharge and expressway fees. Please make sure that you print out the hotel location map to show the taxi driver as some drivers might not know the hotel location, and there are two Chatrium hotels in Bangkok (Chatrium Hotel Riverside and Chatrium Residence Sathon).
From Suvarnabhumi airport, take the Airport Rail Link direct to the Phayathai Station and walk 2-3 minutes to connect with the BTS Skytrain Phayathai Station. Take the BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and then take the hotel shuttle boat service direct to the hotel.

In reply to your inquiry, we would like to inform you that it takes about 45 minutes (or up to 1 hour depending on traffic) to come from Suvarnabhumi airport direct to our hotel (Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok). Our hotel can provide limousine service at the charge of THB 2,400 net one way in a BMW car. Another option is to go to the public meter taxi stand on the first floor of the airport. The cost direct to our hotel will be about THB 500-600 net per way including airport surcharge and expressway fees. Kindly print out the hotel location to make sure the taxi driver brings you to the right hotel.

There are a variety of shopping areas nearby the hotel. You can catch our shuttle boat to the Sathon Pier, and from there walk to Robinson department store within 5 minutes, or you can board the BTS Skytrain and arrive within 15 minutes at the Siam Station and the Siam Paragon Shopping complex. From there it is a few minutes walk to the CentralWorld Shopping complex. One stop further on the Skytrain would take you to the terminal National Stadium Station, and a skywalk would lead you directly into the MBK Shopping complex. In the evenings, we would suggest Asiatique, a night bazaar within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There you will find many shops, restaurants, shows and a large Ferris wheel.

We recommend the Banmai local market, which is around a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Turn right on Charoen Krung Road, the main road in front of the hotel, and cross the road to get to the opposite side. Turn left into Soi 85 and walk until you see the market.

It would be best to book a taxi from the hotel. The timing depends on the traffic – normally it would take about 45 minutes to get to the airport, however in bad traffic it may take about an hour.

The nearest BTS station is Saphan Taksin Station. It is a 10-15 minute walk or you can take our hotel shuttle boat.

Use our hotel shuttle boat to the Sathon Pier and continue on a public express boat to the flower market / China town / Grand Palace. The public express boat to the Grand Palace is the orange flag boat for THB15 per person. For more information contact the Concierge.

Robinson Department Store is located next to the main public pier (Sathon pier), which can be reached by the hotel shuttle boat. In the evenings, we would recommend the Asiatique Night Market, which starts to open from 5 pm onwards. Guests can walk to Asiatique in around 10-15 minutes (around 1 km). You’ll find many shops, restaurants, a big Ferris wheel and shows there.

You can take the shuttle boat to Sathon Pier, walk one minute to the BTS Skytrain Taksin Bridge Station and take the train to the National Stadium station (last station) and then take the skywalk to MBK shopping mall. The previous station, Siam, connects by skywalk directly to Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon and Central World.

The nearest post office is less than 10 minutes walk on the opposite side of Charoenkrung Road from the hotel.

Guest can enjoy Thai food at the River Barge Restaurant, the hotel’s main restaurant, or via Room Service. The nearest Thai restaurants outside the hotel are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel at the Asiatique Night Market.

To get to the Erawan Shrine, either take a local meter taxi about 20-30 minutes (if traffic is not too bad) or take the hotel shuttle boat to Sathon Pier, board the BTS Skytrain at Taksin Bridge Station and transfer at Siam Station for the Chitlom Station (or walk 10 minutes from Siam Station).

Yes, there are book stores at the Robinson department store in Bangrak near the Sathon Pier (served by the hotel shuttle boat). There are also bookstores at Central Rama III (take a taxi), Siam Paragon or Central World (take a taxi or take the shuttle boat and then transfer to the Skytrain and get out at Siam Station. Take the skywalk direct to the mall of your choice).

There is an Indian restaurant on the opposite side of Charoen Krung Road near the entrance to the hotel. Our Concierge service can assist you in making arrangements.

The Chatuchak market is open from 10.00-18.00hrs, but individual shops may have slightly different hours.

There is a local clinic about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, but it takes about 30-40 minutes by taxi to get to the Dental Hospital.

The Sukhumvit area can be reached in a local meter taxi in about 30-40 minutes if the traffic is not too bad, or take the hotel boat shuttle and transfer to the BTS Skytrain.

It takes about 2 hours to get to Pattaya. You can hire a private car or take the local shuttle van. This can be arranged through our Concierge Service.
