Accommodation

For non-guaranteed early arrivals before 2 pm, rooms are subject to availability upon arrival. If a guaranteed early check-in is required, there will be an additional charge for one night's accommodation to block the room one day earlier.

50% of one night's room charge will be imposed for a late check-out between 12 pm and 6 pm.
One night's room charge will be imposed for a late check-out after 6 pm.

Children aged 0-5 years are free when sharing a parent or guardian’s room using an existing bed. Breakfast is complimentary. Children aged 6-11 years are free when sharing a parent or guardian’s room with one complimentary extra bed. Breakfast is charged at THB125 net per child. Children aged 12 years & above are charged at THB800 net per person per night when sharing a parent or guardian’s room, including one extra bed and daily breakfast.

A maximum of one extra child is allowed in all types of rooms.

Dining

Breakfast is served from 6.00 a.m. – 10.00 a.m. at the Soi Dao Restaurant. The restaurant is also available for all-day dining, so guests can enjoy lunch and dinner. Soi Dao Restaurant serves local Thai, Korean and International dishes and is open until 10.00 p.m. daily.

The American breakfast buffet or à la carte buffet is THB250 net per person. The price for children aged 6 to 11 is THB125 net.

Facilities & Services

The jewel in the crown is our magnificent international-class 18-hole golf course, which received a recent upgrade by award-winning designers GolfEast. Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao is also boasting newly-renovated accommodations featuring a range of rooms and suites replete with every amenity for a comfortable and memorable stay. The view of the surrounding mountains from the outdoor swimming pool is what memories are made of, and after a cooling dip an enticing meal at the Soi Dao Restaurant is highly recommended, as its freshly-prepared dishes are made from local produce.

Members and guests are required to wear appropriate golfing attire at all times on the course, the putting green and the practice area. Our Pro Shop will be delighted to provide any items you may have inadvertently forgotten. Regrettably the Pro Staff will refuse golfing privileges for any person wearing inappropriate clothing or footwear for golfing activities. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact reservation or Pro Staff prior to your tee-off.

Wi-Fi is complimentary in the guest rooms, lobby, swimming pool and Soi Dao Restaurant areas. Please note that at certain times of the day the service may become slower due to peak demand.

The golf course is available from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. It may close a little earlier in inclement weather.

We provide bicycles and a cycling track around our lake with stunning mountain scenery. Bicycle rental is free of charge. Please contact our Front Desk for more information.

This rebranding was carried out to upgrade Soi Dao Highland Golf Resort to the standards of Chatrium Hotels & Residences by renovating the rooms, golf course, club house and swimming pool, and to ensure the brand standards of Chatrium are maintained with an upgraded training program for staff.

The management is still exactly the same. Chatrium’s corporate office will support them in all areas of the resort’s operation.

The signature golf hole at Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi is Hole 14, which is an enjoyable Par 3. The long drive drops 15m from tee to green, with beautiful views of Soi Dao Mountain in the background. Be sure to tee-off accurately, as the green is heavily bunkered on both the left and right.

Take Route 36 out of Pattaya. Turn left onto Route 3. Turn left onto Route 317. Continue on Route 317 until you reach Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao, which will be on your left.
