  • Privilege card, complimentary room vouchers and cash coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Privilege card, complimentary room vouchers and cash coupons are not valid in conjunction with the Chatrium Choice Card.
  • Privilege card is required to be presented at the Proshop while booking the golf round.
  • The complimentary room voucher is required to be reserved 7 days in advance and presented at the reception desk upon check-in.
  • The complimentary room vouchers and cash coupons cannot be combined with any other existing promotions.
  • The cash coupon can be used as a method of payment for Soi Dao restaurant’s bill.
  • The cash coupon is one-time use only and the guest cannot keep the remaining value for the next visit in case the value of the voucher is not fully utilized.
