STOP COVID YELLOW CAMPAIGN

The Ribbon-cutting ceremony of “STOP COVID YELLOW CAMPAIGN” at Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon jointly organized by the Yangon Division Government and the Ministry of Health & Sports in collaboration with the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on 6th January 2021 at Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon in commemoration of the launch of the ‘STOP COVID YELLOW CAMPAIGN’ by the Yangon Division Government, the Ministry of Health & Sports and with the collaboration of Ministry of Hotels and Tourism. The ceremony was attended by Yangon Chief Minister, H.E U Phyo Min Thein, along with honorable invited guests and media officials.  

The event was held to encourage everyone to join the ‘STOP COVID YELLOW CAMPAIGN’. As part of this new campaign, the ‘new normal’ lifestyle should now be adopted by everyone in order for public health and safety and business to rebound to normalcy and move forward after the Covid-19 crisis has passed. Under the theme of ‘New Normal, New Living, New Yangon’, every citizen should embrace the campaign messages, guide and inform each other and live by the slogan of ‘Wear a mask. Wash your hands. Maintain a safe social distancing.’   

Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon is delighted to be part of this campaign, and we are actively engaging in this movement by systematically installing Covid-19 instructional billboard in front of the hotel and posters on digital boards, TVs, and reception counters to assist in stopping the spread of the virus and help to create a ‘new normal’ lifestyle.
