Does your hotel provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel?
We do provide Limousine service from the Airport to the Hotel and/or the Hotel to the Airport. For a BMW Series 5 the charge is THB2,100 net one way and for a Toyota Van THB2,700 net one way.
Where is the concierge counter/tour and activity desk located?
The concierge counter is located in the Lobby, near the check-in counter.
Do you have an ATM machine?
The nearest ATM machine is at the Bangkok Garden building next to the 7-Eleven convenience store.
Where can I exchange money?
A currency exchange counter is available opposite the hotel, or you may go to a bank inside the shopping mall daily from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Does the hotel have a spa?
Yes, we do. The spa is available on 3A Floor between the 6th and 7th buildings. Operating hours are from 10:00am -10:00 pm.

Our hotel is located at 291 Soi Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra 24, Bangkok 10120.
How do you get from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel?
Take Motorway 7 from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the expressway. On the expressway stay to the left towards Bang Na, then to the right towards Dao Khanong, and get off at the Sathu Pradit exit. Make a U-turn under the bridge as if you were going to Central Rama III. Turn left at the big intersection onto Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road Turn left at the first soi on the left, Soi Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra 24 Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok will be on the right in Soi Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra 24.
